Please note that the application or notification is to be submitted directly to the address of the relevant Swedish agency as indicated in each case. Most of the forms are referred to in the web-based Diplomatic Guide (available below) with further instructions in the relevant chapter.

  Please note that the application form above only refers to photobadges at Arlanda Airport. Should the Embassy intend to apply for a diplomatic badge for one of its staff at Arlanda Airport (in order to collect or take leave of official guests without the assistance of the VIP personnel) you should instead refer to Chapter 22 B of the Diplomatic Guide, available under Communications.

  Please note that this application form is only intended for residential parking - 'boendeparkering' in Swedish. Should the Embassy intend to apply for a parking space to be reserved for it in its capacity of diplomatic mission (which then is to be marked 'beskickningsbilar') you should instead refer to Chapter 27 of the Diplomatic Guide, available under Driving and Parking.
